Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for our luxury mobile hair services are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service with our Chinnor hairstylist. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled cost for haircuts and coloring. On the day of the service, cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled cost for haircutting and colouring.
